1. Introduction

The Muscle Goal application (hereinafter — the “App”) is developed and published by Oleg Yun (hereinafter — “we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect users’ personal data when they use the Muscle Goal mobile application.

By using Muscle Goal, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Account information: when creating an account, you provide your name, email address, password, and optional profile details such as age and weight. This data is provided by the user and is not additionally verified.
Workout data: exercise logs, sets, repetitions, working weights, and other metrics that you enter into the App.
Device information: basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, and app version, used to analyze performance and fix errors.

We currently do not use third-party analytics or advertising services. In the future, tools such as Firebase or Google Analytics may be connected to improve the App. In that case, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

3. How We Use Your Data

to provide, support, and improve the App’s functionality;
to store and display your workout history and progress;
to protect your account and ensure proper login functionality;
to process user requests and provide support.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

We store your personal data and workout data for as long as your account remains active.

You can delete your account directly in the App. After the account is deleted, all personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) will be permanently removed from our servers.

Workout statistics (exercise history and performance metrics) may be stored in anonymized form to improve the App’s functionality.

5. Data Protection

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of data transmission or storage is absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Muscle Goal App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a child has provided data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be published in the App or on the official page with a new effective date.
